The Exatron model 8000-2 BIB quickly transfers devices from JEDEC tray stackers to burn-in boards and back again.

Features:

• Two JEDEC tray stackers, which allow three main operations:
  • Load only from trays to empty BIB
  • Unload only from BIB to trays, pass/fail sorting.
  • Unload BIB to 1st tray, then load to BIB from 2nd tray. (3rd tray option required if pass/fail sort is necessary)
    
    
• Accommodates clam shell and open top sockets
  • Servo motor-driven lifter/pusher bars open/close clam shell sockets.
  • Unique pusher pickup heads open/close open top sockets.
    
    
• Easy to remove BIB and quick changeover from clam shell to open top sockets.
  
  
• Midpoint transfer station precises devices and doubles system UPH.
  • Z car #1 loads/unloads devices to transfer station, while Z car #2 loads/unloads devices from transfer to BIB.
    
    
• 360 degree rotating pickup heads on Z car #1 move devices from tray to transfer station.
  
  
• Light curtain provides maximum security.
